After serving as a decorated U.S. Navy officer—where I commanded over 200 sailors and officers and taught leadership to hundreds of Officer Candidates—I transitioned into the corporate world. Over the past decade, I’ve held key roles in operations and workforce development, providing executive-level advisory across various industries. My academic credentials include an MBA from Rice University's Jones School of Business and an MA from San Diego State University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and strategic insight to lead business and cultural transformations.
